No longer chasing stages and now chasing songs, no i in team is an alt/indie pop project built around melody-forward songwriting, textured production, and a shared obsession of turning ideas into something that feels timeless. Drawing influences from The Cure, Smallpools, Neon Trees, The Strike and 80's nostalgia, no i in team lives somewhere between bright, hook-driven pop and a more atmospheric synth-indie edge, created with streaming, sync, and collaboration in mind without overthinking the outcome. Behind the project are Mikey Strawz and Noah Althoff, longtime collaborators whose backgrounds span years as musicians, writers, and producers in established bands, with work that includes commercial releases and a Top 40 Adult Contemporary single. This new era is less about starting something from scratch but more about going back to basics — making music with intention, collaborating and working with new artists, and keeping the process as enjoyable as the music itself.  New music coming real soon!
